Terms & Conditions of Trade

Welcome to Oakridge Printing. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client" or "Trade Customer") and Oakridge Printing ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our platform, submitting artwork, or placing an order for commercial printing and exhibition displays, you expressly agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Definitions & Scope of Service

Oakridge Printing operates as a specialized B2B trade printing partner providing high-impact wholesale print materials, roll-up banners, exhibition displays, and hospitality signage. All quotations, order acknowledgments, and contract formations are governed exclusively by these terms to the exclusion of any other terms that the client may seek to impose or incorporate.

2. Orders, Payment & Production Initiation

An order submitted by the client via our platform or direct communication constitutes an offer to purchase. We will start printing your order once payment is received and artwork is approved. No production or industrial printing will commence until both full payment has cleared and the digital proof has received final client sign-off.

3. Artwork Submission, Specifications & Free Proofing

Clients bear sole legal and technical responsibility for supplying print-ready vector files adhering to our exact specifications (including correct resolution, CMYK color profiles, fonts converted to outlines, and minimum 3mm bleed margins). While our technical team conducts a complimentary free proofing and evaluation check, this review does not relieve the client of liability for errors, typos, low-resolution artifacts, or layout defects present in the final approved proof.

4. Color Matching, Tolerances & Material Variations

Due to variances between digital monitors, printing substrates, and industrial lithographic/digital presses, Oakridge Printing cannot guarantee exact 100% color matching to client screen proofs. A minor variance in color density, cutting tolerances, or finishing dimensions within industry-standard commercial printing limits shall not constitute a defective product.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Payment Terms

All prices quoted are in British Pounds (GBP) and exclude applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) and standard courier delivery fees unless expressly stated otherwise. Full payment must clear prior to production initiation and printing dispatch. We reserve the right to alter pricing configurations at any time prior to formal order acceptance.

6. Production Turnaround & Daily Cutoff Times

Estimated turnaround times commence only after final digital proof approval and payment clearance. The daily delivery time cutoff is 12:00 PM (noon); after that time, there will be a 24-hour delay added to the next delivery, whether it is a 72-hour delivery schedule or any other selected turnaround window. While we maintain a reputation for rapid UK dispatch, delivery timelines provided by third-party courier services are estimates, and Oakridge Printing shall not be held liable for consequential losses or operational delays caused by courier disruptions.

7. Cancellation, Changes & Refund Restrictions

Because all trade print runs and exhibition materials are custom-manufactured strictly to unique client specifications, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once digital artwork approval has been granted and production has been initiated.

8. Intellectual Property & Client Indemnity

The client warrants that any artwork, trademarks, logos, or digital assets supplied to Oakridge Printing do not infringe upon the copyright, patent, privacy rights, or intellectual property of any third party. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Oakridge Printing against any legal claims, damages, or expenses arising from copyright breaches or unauthorized asset usage.

9. Defective Goods, Claims & Limitation of Liability

Any damaged or defective products must be reported within 12 hours of receiving the delivery, accompanied by clear photographic evidence. Because our products are custom-manufactured to client specifications, refunds or reprints are issued strictly at our discretion following inspection. Oakridge Printing’s total cumulative liability for any claim arising from an order shall under no circumstances exceed the original invoice value of the specific defective print batch supplied.
